decent stay with minor issues

convenient location good breakfast friendly staff mould issue limited towels low quality hairdryer

the location is convenient i could walk to the town centre easily. the breakfast offered a good choice of buffet items. the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful .

the bathroom had mould but it was removed quickly. i found the towels provided were a bit limited for two people. the hairdryer was of low quality and fixed to a drawer outside the bathroom.

fantastic stay!

friendly staff excellent breakfast great value laundry service

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they offered to book our boat ride to the gap of dunloe, this saved me from needing cash. the breakfast options were excellent and had great value for money. i used their same day laundry service and it was worth the €26.

I couldn't open the window at night. It felt a little smelly and damp.

The hotel is a short, walkable distance into town. it sits right at the start of the ring of kerry. It is great for accessing attractions. i found the location very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had classic options. It had all sorts of things to eat. you could choose a brunch type meal from a menu. The staff served it within minutes. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff promptly moved my parents to a ground floor room. The room also included a walk-in shower. This was very helpful. Breakfast included a menu, a nice touch.

friendly staff gluten-free options ice machine

The staff was very friendly and helped me book taxis. breakfast was great (especially the gluten-free options). i also appreciated the ice machine. It was very useful. there were also nice common spaces to relax.

the location is a short walk from the town centre.
